OFFERS & DISCOUNT

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE?

Using a promo code results in a discount on selected products and/or collections. In order to receive the discount, please insert the provided discount code in the discount section found at checkout.

 

HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES OR COUPONS WORK?

Depending on the terms and conditions of the promo code, you will receive either a monetary or percentage discount on selected products and/or collections. Promo codes are to be applied at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, promo codes are limited to one use, per customer and per order.

 

WHY ISN’T MY PROMO CODE/VOUCHER WORKING?

If you're not receiving a discount from a code or voucher, this could be the result of 1 of 2 situations:1. The promo code has expired, has already been used or, is only applicable on certain qualifying orders (i.e over a certain R__ Amount, quantity, etc).2. You are trying to stack promo codes/vouchers. Due to the nature of our website, discount codes cannot be stacked. Only 1 promo discount is applicable per customer, per order. That means you cannot use 2 or more promo codes/vouchers at the same time.Should neither of these circumstances apply, kindly contact us and a member of our team will assist further.

 

WHY DON'T ALL VOUCHERS/PROMOTIONS APPLY TO ALL BRANDS?

 

Discounts are provided seasonally and on selected brands while running unique promotions. Tigerlilly proudly stocks both local and international brands and to provide our customers with extra value, periodically run sales on selected brands and products to ensure that their is a sale for everybody at one point in time or another

While we do our best to keep substantial stock on hand, our stock does move fast and may sell out before you get the chance to purchase it. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our emails to receive restock updates and offers and we'll let you know when it's back in stock! Feel free tocontact usshould you wish to check availability and/or pre-order.Why can I not add an item to my cart?If a product is not added to your cart after clicking the add-to-cart button, it means the product, variant or size is no longer available or is sold out. WHOLESALE

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A WHOLESALE/BULK ORDER

Wholesale and bulk items have a minimum quantity order (MOQ) of 20 pieces per product. Should you require a unique or specific order and need assistance, please get in touch with our team: sales@electroglow.co.ca

HOW DO I PLACE A WHOLESALE/BULK ORDER

Simply place the products you wish to order in your cart and set the quantity according to your needs (Over the MOQ amount of 20 products).

Wholesale and bulk discounts will be applied automatically at checkout. You will receive:

15% Off 20+ Products

20% Off 50+ Products

HOW LONG DO WHOLESALE/BULK ORDERS TAKE

Depending on quantities purchased, our team can anywhere from 5, and up to 20 business days to process your order. Once dispatched, our speedy nationwide delivery takes between 1-4 business days to arrive, area dependent.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I NEED ISN’T AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE

Should an item be out of stock, or you require a different item we don’t stock at all, get in touch with our team via: sales@electroglow.co.za and we’ll gladly source it for you.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

WHERE CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Need an order update? Kindly visit our tracking page to "Track Order". Just insert your personalised tracking order number associated with your order to see which stage of shipping your order is in.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. ElectroGlow is a South African Business that stocks both local and international brands and only delivers locally within South Africa

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER MYSELF?

No. ElectroGlow is an Online Store, and our inventory location does not have a store-front to facilitate collections.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been collected by our courier team, you should receive an email with a tracking number and FastWay contact details. If the Estimated Time of Arrival is inconvenient for you, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact FastWay with your unique tracking number to reschedule your delivery.

I WASN'T HERE WHEN YOU CAME TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE! WHAT NOW?

Our courier team should re-attempt delivery at the next convenient time. It is likely that the team will make contact you to reschedule or check your availability. Should you receive no communication and still no package after a day or two: All delivery enquiries are to be handled directly with our courier team. Get in touch with their customer care line immediately and make sure you have your unique tracking code on-hand.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

Should an item not not suit your style or was not what you expected, you can return for an exchange or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies. Simply send us an email with your order number and return request. Our team will assist with processing your return for either an exchange or refund. Once approved, our team will schedule the collection of the returning item/s. Only once item/s are received back at ElectroGlow distribution centre and passes the quality inspection will your exchange or refund be processed. Should the returned item/s be returned in a used, damaged or soiled state, your exchange or refund will not be processed.
